Shipping policy

Shipments within the United States

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

For a specific delivery ETA based on the exact item(s) you want to purchase, please email us at fivestarparts1@gmail.com before placing your order.

We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible — and we will do our best to make that happen! We work closely with our distributor, Parts Unlimited, to ship products directly to you as efficiently as possible. Orders are fulfilled from distribution centers located in Texas, Wisconsin, New York, North Carolina, and Nevada, and we will ship from the location closest to you whenever possible.

A shipping confirmation email including FedEx tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All domestic shipments within the contiguous 48 states are fulfilled via FedEx.


Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Our order processing cut-off time is Friday at 5:00 PM local time. Orders placed Friday evening through Sunday will be processed and shipped on the next business day (Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For a more specific delivery ETA, please email us at fivestarparts1@gmail.com before placing your order.

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within one to five business days after shipment, depending on your location relative to the nearest fulfillment center.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time

Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after an order has been placed — such as address corrections — are not always possible once the order has been submitted to our fulfillment system. Please email fivestarparts1@gmail.com as soon as possible if a change is needed. 5StarCycles reserves the right to deny a request at any time.


Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed, as they are immediately submitted to our fulfillment system. Once all items have been received, please reach out to us at fivestarparts1@gmail.com for assistance with a return.


Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at fivestarparts1@gmail.com immediately with photos of the damage. Claims are handled through FedEx, but 5StarCycles will assist you with the process to the best of our ability.
