    When will my order be delivered?

    Orders are processed and shipped within the same day to 2 business days from our nearest warehouse for fastest delivery. Your order will be packaged carefully and delivered to your door. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships so you can follow its journey.

    Can I return my product?

    We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase. Before sending anything back, contact us at fivestarparts1@gmail.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number — items sent back without one may be delayed or refused. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that discontinued and closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned.
